Rich has been on the front line of business innovations including the balanced scorecard, reengineering, capability-based planning and new growth platforms. He is the lead author of Measure Up! Corporate Renaissance, and The Capable Company. More than an idea generator, Rich has facilitated numerous business transformation projects and has been running Strategy to Execution workshops for leaders at all levels across multiple industry segments. He serves on the Board of Directors of the WonderFund of Massachusetts.
